Kanafay is a pharmaceutical regulatory consultancy based in Hong Kong.

We provide regulatory support services to pharmaceutical companies, including forensic classification, product registration, and change of registered particulars in Hong Kong.
Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are agreed upon separately between you and us before work begins.
3. Professional Engagement
Our services are provided on a professional consultancy basis. Any submission to the Department of Health remains subject to the Department’s review and approval, and we cannot guarantee a particular regulatory outcome or approval timeline.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents needed for your engagement
- Respond to communications in a reasonable timeframe to avoid delays
- Ensure you have the right to use any content or materials you provide to us
- Pay invoices by the due date
5. Confidentiality
We will treat information you share with us in connection with an engagement as confidential, and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide the services or as required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
Any documents or materials prepared specifically for your engagement are provided for your use in connection with that engagement. All background materials, methodologies, and know-how remain the property of their respective owners.
7. No Warranty
The Service and the content on this Website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Content on this Website is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal or regulatory advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
